TALUS2 LLC is an Illinois limited liability company, and TALUS-2™ is its brand. This notice explains how we handle personal information on the talus2.com website and in the digital products and services we provide.

When you contact us, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number, and the message you leave. When you buy a product, we collect your name, your email address, your order details, and your payment information. Payment information is submitted directly to Stripe, which processes the payment itself. TALUS2 LLC does not receive or store card numbers.

3. How your email address is used

Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and send one backup confirmation email. If you join the Founders 100 Club, we email your start date and next steps to the address you used to pay. We do not send marketing emails, and there is no mailing list.

4. Delivery

Your purchase is delivered as a downloadable file, through a one-time access link sent to the address you used at checkout, and one backup confirmation email is sent to the same address. You can save and keep the file you download. The one-time access link is a delivery method: it serves your file once. It does not limit your ability to save or keep the file.

5. Money-back guarantee

Money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email info@talus2.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full.

6. Calls

Calls to our business line are recorded and transcribed. We keep call recordings and transcripts for six months, and then delete them. Recording and transcription are handled by a third-party service. You are told before recording begins so you can decide whether to continue. If you would prefer not to be recorded, you are welcome to email us at info@talus2.com instead, and we will help you that way.

7. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to deliver the products you have purchased, to process refunds, to keep our records accurate, and to meet our legal obligations.

8. How long we keep information

Call recordings and transcripts are kept for six months. We keep other personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice and to meet our legal obligations.

9. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us run the site, process payments, deliver purchases, and handle calls, and where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
